QUESTFORGE

~ CUSTOM GAMES FOR LEARNING & TRAINING ~

Lessons people actually finish.

QuestForge turns the content you already have into custom browser games for classrooms and teams. Every demo on this page is fully playable — try one, then picture it built around yours.

⚔ About

Why we exist

QuestForge builds learning games that feel like quests, not slide decks. Every demo on this page is fully playable — that's the standard your project is built to, and proof you can try before committing to anything.

The studio runs on one idea: when a lesson looks like a quest, it sticks; when it looks like a slide deck, it doesn't. QuestForge is founder-led and deliberately hands-on — you work directly with the person designing and building your game, from the first call to launch. No account managers, no handoffs, no surprises.

"Turn every learning moment into a world worth exploring."

🏘 What we build

Custom games for teaching, training & engagement

Every game is custom-built around your content and your audience. Here are the main types:

📚

Games for Schools & Learners

Subject-specific adventures, reading RPGs, math quests, classroom multiplayer. Built for teachers, tutors, schools, and edtech platforms.

WebMobileLMS-ready

🎯

Onboarding & Team Training

Replace slide decks with games new hires actually finish. Teams can play solo or together. Works for onboarding, compliance, product training, safety.

⚙ How it works

Our process — four phases, no surprises

1

Discovery

We talk through your goal, your audience, and your content.

2

Design

Game mechanics, art direction, story, early playable prototype.

3

Build

Full production: art, code, sound, testing. Weekly demos.

4

Deploy

Launch, analytics, support after go-live.

Most single modules take roughly 4–8 weeks start to finish — you'll get a clear estimate for your project before any work begins.

🌲 Concept demos

What we can build

These are concept pieces — game ideas we've designed to show what's possible. Your project would get its own custom design, but these show the kind of thinking we bring.

📜 HistoryQuest

Middle-school history as a top-down adventure. Players "visit" different eras, solve puzzles with primary sources, keep an in-game study journal.

🏢 FirstDay

New hire onboarding game. The player learns the org chart, tools, and policies through first-week quests. Swap the content for any company.

🔬 LabRunner

Lab safety training as a first-person escape mini-game. Learners identify hazards and follow procedures to "escape." Replaces dry compliance videos.

🧠 VocabRaid

Language-learning multiplayer. Teams race through vocabulary challenges, earn loot, unlock harder chapters together. Elementary to adult.

🔒

Safe for classrooms by default. QuestForge games run right in the browser — no logins, no installs, and no student data collected or stored. Easy to hand to a class, and easy for your IT team to approve.

🪙 Pricing

Every project is quoted individually

Instead of fixed tiers, we price based on what you actually need. Tell us about your project and we'll send back a clear, itemized quote — no hourly billing games.

from $1,000 CAD
for a single custom module · one-time, no subscription
Larger multi-module worlds and multiplayer projects scale up from there.

What affects the price

  • Scope — one mini-game vs. a full multi-module world
  • Custom art — how much original pixel art is needed
  • Multiplayer — solo play is simpler than team-based
  • Platforms — web only vs. mobile + web + LMS
  • Timeline — rushed projects cost more

Every quote includes strategy, design, build, launch, and 30 days of post-launch support.

❔ FAQ

Questions, answered

How long does a project take?

Most single modules take roughly 4–8 weeks from our first call to launch, depending on scope. You'll always get a clear estimate for your specific project before any work begins.

What do I need to provide?

Your content and your goals — the lesson or training material, the learning objectives, and anything you already have. You don't need any game-design or technical experience; turning it into a game is our job.

Who owns the finished game?

You do. Once the project is delivered and paid for, the game and its content are yours to use, share, and run however you need.

Do students or staff need accounts or downloads?

No. Every game runs in a normal web browser — no logins, no installs, and no student data collected or stored. It's built to be easy for a teacher to hand out and easy for IT to approve.

How much does it cost?

Custom modules start around $1,000 CAD as a one-time cost — no subscriptions. Final pricing depends on scope; see the Pricing section above, or book a free call for an estimate.
